"im a 40 year old male who has been an addict since my early teen years.here is how it started.as a young kid in the early 1980s like most kids i stumbled upon a porn magazine while riding bikes with my friends.then i would come across it while visiting friends who had relatives that had the stuff hidden in the house,garage etc.then when i turned 18 i would only rent porn movies once in a while.i have never bought a porn movie or a magazine.i would however stumble across a magazine i found somewhere.and keep it for a while for the purpose of masterbating.then in the 1990s on come the seen of the power of the internet.i learn to use the internet in 2000 and that open the flood gates.i would find pictures on the free tours of the sites then i started finding multipule free pictures.free 10 second videos became free 2 to 10 minute videos.then came the free file sharing sites full movies.for what its worth i have never paid for porn.i dont know why i never bought videos or magazines. but i know im a major addict.i have recently destroyed every bit of porn i had.i want to say this that almost 2 years ago i tried to quit and it lasted around 28 days then i saw an image of a naked woman pop up on my computer and limbic part of my brain hijacked the prefrontal cortex and i went right back to it.had i been armed with the knowledge i got from your videos recently.i would have been able to see what was going on in my brain and could have said (IT) wants me to look at porn. i been managing my addiction for over a week now.im going to finish this letter to you gordon by saying thank you so much for everything you are doing to help addicts MANAGE this addiction, and i look forward to continue coming to innergold for more information while im on my life time journey managing my addiction.may god bless you,and god bless all the staff at innergold.com"
